Supervisor - Spray seal

About our Client
As an established and award-winning multidisciplined construction group, their roads division has recently launched a new spray seal business going through exciting growth in the busy WA market.
  
As a result of further contract awards, we are urgently looking for an experienced supervisor with a strong spray seal background to join the WA team, and they are happy to offer a relocation package from the eastern states to ensure they continue to add high-calibre staff to the team.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of a spray seal crew which includes daily prestarts, SWMS, works planning, site inspections, toolbox meetings and client liaising.
  • Ongoing logistics management including quantifying of bitumen and aggregate requirements, plant and equipment mobilising, personnel transport
  • Communicating with others including the client to ensure the project runs smoothly and transparently.
  • Daily record keeping of works.
  • Adhere to HSE requirements
  • Interpreting and applying project specifications and drawings.
About You
  • Will have 5+ years' experience as a supervisor or foreman in the spray seal industry
  • Hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Basic computer skills - Microsoft.
  • Tertiary education is not required but would be beneficial.
Salary

$110k - $155k basic salary + Super + Uplifts + Full Maintained Vehicle + Fuel + Allowances and performance incentives
