Project Manager - Structural Remediation

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic project management expert with structural remedial experience in the civil/ mining or construction sector for an exciting long-term position working for an industry-leading company.
If you know (or want to know) all about concrete repairs, cathodic protection, membranes and waterproofing, abrasive blasting, strengthening & reinforcing (CFRP) - then we would like to hear from you!
With structural remedial projects up to $10m across building, Infrastructure, ports, energy & mining you are guaranteed to have a wide range of sectors to work in while you further develop your career and hone your project management skills through a supportive management team.
About You:
Responsibilities include;
You will be comfortable managing critical path milestones and project plans, setting the standard for safety culture, proactively managing client and stakeholder relations, financial performance of projects, management of contracts including claims/ variation orders, management of team and sub-contractor performance and monthly reporting and forecasting.

About You:
- Tertiary Qualified
- Minimum 7 years industry experience in Australia or NZ
- Prior experience managing projects/ packages over $5M
- Excellent written & verbal Communication
- Strong project management & commercial acumen
- Stable employment history
