About the Organisation
As a highly successful and dynamic marine construction and dredging contractor with an international footprint, our client has secured several exciting projects in Australia and across the SEA region which involve significant dredging and marine civil works.
  
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a sound delivery record in medium to large-scale dredging projects on a >AUD$50M project in Darwin, Northern Territory (Australia).

This is a secure and long-term opportunity with a solid pipeline of work into the future and you will be employed on a permanent contract with market leading salary package courtesy of a healthy uplift.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT! There is also an opportunity for this position to potentially develop into a regional manager’s role in the medium-long term future.

About You:
  • Tertiary Qualified (Engineering/ Construction Management or similar)
  • Minimum 15 years' experience within heavy civil construction industry ideally within bulk earthworks, dredging or similar projects.
  • Demonstrable experience successfully managing projects over $50m in value
  • High level of commercial acumen and contractual awareness
  • Possess a high level of organisation to ensure project milestones are met
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to develop rapport with internal and stakeholders
  • Must be willing to work regular FIFO* rosters (ie. 14&7 ) or relocate to Darwin
*FIFO from any capital city in Australia

Salary:

With a total remuneration package that can extend up to AUD$240,000 p.a, this will include salary, superannuation, uplift, vehicle allowance and LAHA.
  • Accommodation will be provided by the company in Darwin for the FIFO role.
  • Relocation assistance, Australian Visa and Visa transfers all open for discussion!
