About the Organisation
As a highly successful and dynamic marine construction and dredging contractor with an international footprint, our client has secured several exciting projects in the Pacific Region which involve significant nearshore marine structures and civil works.
FIFO – 4 weeks on & 2 weeks off Rotation – Lifestyle Roster!!
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a sound delivery record in medium to large scale civil projects on a port construction project in the South Pacific region.
With initial stages prior to mobilisation based onshore in Australia (QLD), we are preferably seeking Australian/ NZ Citizens for this role.
This is a secure and long-term opportunity with a solid pipeline of work into the future and you will be employed on a permanent arrangement with future opportunities open to other Pacific or onshore projects.
About You:
*Please note, you may be required to work out of the QLD office for 3-4 months before site mobilisation, however the company will provide accommodation and travel during this period as well.
Salary:
With a total remuneration package that can extend up to AUD$270,000 p.a, this will include salary, superannuation, uplift and vehicle allowance

About You:
- Tertiary Qualified (Engineering/ Construction Management or similar)
- Minimum 15 years' experience within heavy civil construction projects
- Demonstrable experience successfully managing projects over $50m in value
- High level of commercial acumen and contractual awareness
- Possess a high level of organisation to ensure project milestones are met
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to develop rapport with internal and stakeholders
- Must be willing to work on ongoing 4&2 (weeks) roster out of Australia or New Zealand.
