About the Company & Projects
As a well-established, privately-owned civil contractor with a burgeoning portfolio of works, you will be allocated to the regional civil construction team which operates across Western Australia predominantly on a 10/4 rotation.
Following a successful tender campaign and further negotiated works across earthworks, drainage, roadworks and minor concrete works, we are currently seeking experienced and motivated Civil Project Engineers that can demonstrate the necessary attributes required to take the step into formal project management.

About You
You will be an articulate, motivated and passionate engineer with a desire to build a career with a growing civil contractor. Most importantly you will be motivated to take responsibility of your own projects and be looking to demonstrate your project management capabilities, delivering projects safely, on time, on budget with a focus on quality workmanship and happy repeat clients!

We are specifically looking for civil engineers that can fulfill the following criteria:

• Degree qualified (Civil/ Structural)
• 5-6 years civil construction experience
• Minimum of 12 months experience with an Australian civil contractor
• Demonstrable portfolio of civil construction projects over $3M
• Good commercial acumen with sound planning, scheduling and budgeting experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build rapport with your team and stakeholders.
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Have the ability to work in regional/ remote locations on a 10/4 rotation

Salary guide is $150k - $160k + Super + Fully Maintained Vehicle + Phone + Laptop + Allowances. NB: Accomodation + flights to sites (where applicable) are covered by the company.
