Following a recent contract award on a high-profile defence project, We are seeking an experienced and all-round Commercial Manager from a contracting background, with strong technical and leadership skills to support and drive the project commercial function through the ECI and execution stages of this project south of the river in Perth
Essential Criteria:
The guideline for this role is between $180,000 – $240,000 + Superannuation, subject to your experience and suitability for the role.

Following a recent contract award on a high-profile defence project, We are seeking an experienced and all-round Commercial Manager from a contracting background, with strong technical and leadership skills to support and drive the project commercial function through the ECI and execution stages of this project south of the river in Perth
Essential Criteria:
- University Degree in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- 20+ years industry experience, working with large tier 2 or tier 1 construction organisations.
- Ability to proactively influence and educate engineers and supervisors in commercial best practices.
- Ability to understand the likelihood and consequence of risk events in a construction project context in order to prioritise risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse contractual / legal issues and provide solutions through appropriate problem-solving techniques.
- Sound commercial acumen accompanied by proven negotiation and inter-relationship skills.
- Good communication skills for the development of strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
